The Antler River Poetry Reading Series (formerly Poetry London Reading Series), in partnership with the London Public Library, hosts monthly readings and poetry workshops in London, Ontario. We bring a diverse list of Canada’s finest poets into London for readings, as well as providing a wide range of poetry-related opportunities for local writers and poetry aficionados. Our home is the Landon Branch Library, 167 Wortley Rd., in London’s beautiful Wortley Village.
We partner with several other Ontario venues, including The Hamilton Poetry Centre, Ancaster’s Redeemer University College, London’s Fanshawe College, Western University, and St. Jerome’s College in Waterloo, to provide national poets multi-stop Ontario tours. Antler River Poetry strives to host a dynamic mix of voices, from established Canadian poets to new and local writers.
Workshops, open to everyone, are held prior to each featured reading. See the side-bar for more details!
